Excellent functional capacity evaluation coming up to have an injury I sustained at work plus I’m concerned because one way the explosive anger occurs is after i can’t perform the way I’m imagine to. Prior to my injury We excelled in athletics and now I must find creative ways to get up the measures without causing too much pain. The fear is that I’ll get upset over not being able to do what they request and completely lose my brain. When I do I start throwing, striking and kicking things or I simply completely dissociate. How do you guys relaxed yourselves?
