Hi, Please can anyone help me. I have a program tab “programme” which has locations using their corresponding id numbers in the series A5: A97 ​ https://preview.redd.it/f2odxix2l7j61.png?width=602&format=png&auto=webp&s=b16f67c7a086e3583af0759bc2c324b39f32dac2 ​ ​ Along the columns i have the particular dates (These are not formatted because dates as i needed to differentiate among night and day (hence D + N). If the job is happening i would color the cells like a gant chart. We are trying to assign codes to the color cell to populate the “Resource request” tab. So i created different codes EG CODE LABOUR GROW C1 – 1x crew 1x IPV + 1×3. 5t ​ https://preview.redd.it/6rcyzp34l7j61.png?width=534&format=png&auto=webp&s=f6787398c0970dc988c9129ed9ba5b2bb00d0210 Is there a way i could fill this sheet on a week simply by week basis automatically. I have attempted running pivot tables, but i am unable to find a way to get around it. We are a beginner on excel and also have watched over a 1000 youtube video clips just to get it as it is now.
