I am 16, 5’10 or 5’11 (ofcourse not really sure, haven’t checked within a while), 160 Ibs. I got straight into training around 5 months back and I was like 130 when I began. I was bulking and making great progress and was eating fairly clean. I got up to like 136-140 (I don’t really remember exactly where I ended). Then quarantine strike and the gyms were closed and am got really lazy and consumed like shit. I got up to one hundred sixty (not training), although I’m certainly not fat. With a shirt on I simply look normal and somewhat has a muscle physique. I’m just wondering if I ought to cut down and lose the body fat I gained and then start a thoroughly clean bulk again or if I must continue bulking to around 170-175 and after that just cut the fat after that.
