twenty-seven, not obese by any means, but maybe 20-30 pounds to lose. Somewhat built. I have been measuring for the past couple weeks plus it ranges at around 130 in order to 140, over 90 to 95(diastolic) with my heart rate being about 75. I just started changing the lifestyle to low sodium, therefore it will hopefully drop a little bit lower. Are these levels incredibly high compared to others around right here?
