I discovered for the squat progression there’s a take note: If you have access to barbells (and the squat rack), we recommend a person click here to know how to use them rather than the squat progression. after you have perfected the essential squat. But no mention of hand weights. I have access to adjustable weight hand weights up to 50lbs and was wondering if/how these should be incorporated into lift progressions. Should I add them to every progression and increase weight to some certain point before moving to another progression? Should they be avoided all-together? Thanks
