Trying to find going through a really bad spell because the start of this year, and the emotions have been all over the place. I’ve been sensation everything so intensely that I actually feel discomfort at the pit associated with my stomach and the only factor I want to do, the only thing that seems to supply any relief, is to just shout and scream and scream. Any kind of suggestions for doing this in a non-antisocial method? I live in an apartment building as well as the walls are paper thin. Recommendations for a more productive way to relieve pressure are also very welcome!
