Is Stan Lee Dead? Find out

Eric Storkson Part 3 and the reboot weren’t RoboCop. I think this may be the only way to do the franchise justice… or it’ll be the final nail in the coffin.
I share Charlie Prince’s sentiment; don’t f*ck it up like Disney did to Star Wars. But I am hopeful Murphy will finally see justice with the original director.

Nick Aranowski The reboot was pretty bad. Peter Weller was great on Longmire though. It took me a few minutes to realize who he was when I first saw his character.

Neil Baesel The first one is a sci-fi CLASSIC! I dunno though…it’s been so long now, so much water under the bridge. Between the expectations and sordid legacy of the sequels, I dunno if it’s possible to pull it off at this point.

Patrick Fletcher After two cringe-inducing sequels and an awful remake, don’t you think it might be time to stop? The 1987 film is one of the greatest sci-fi films in history, yet people seem bent on tarnishing it’s name.

Craig Hughes Read the article…. ITS NOT A REMAKE/REBOOT!
It’s the guy who made the first film putting his hands back on his original work.
I think it will be good, fingers crossed.

Juan Barquero Don’t like this idea. The original didn’t make much sense. However, the reboot was really good. I grew up with the original. Again though, the reboot made better sense and it was faithful to the original. In a way, it might had been the best reboot in cinema history.

Mike Fatal Coatez Google Peter Weller in The Last Ship, in comparison to some of his stretched/contorted face pics in the original Robocops. Seriously, with make up and stunt doubles they can easily bring him back!  And I can’t imagine he’d say no?
Perhaps they can open with he was in storage

Hank Berglund Or, they could just keep building on what they established with the remake and really flesh out some flaws, ’cause I’m one of the few that actually liked that one.
